Co-Founder & CEO at nudge

With over 20 years’ experience in HR and reward, Tim has been at the forefront of innovation in the industry. Prior to nudge, Tim was part of the team at Thomsons Online Benefits (now Darwin), the global benefits platform that brought employee benefits online. In his time at Thomsons, Time worked with HR and reward leaders from the world’s leading companies to share marketing-leading employee benefit strategies.

 

Luke DeBoer,
Financial Wellbeing Manager at Delta Airlines

Luke is a CFP®, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Tax from the University of Minnesota. His professional career includes time at Fidelity Investments, creating and managing the Financial Wellbeing efforts at UnitedHealth Group, and currently leads the Financial Wellness team at Delta Air Lines. Notable initiatives that Luke has been a part of include launching a credit union at UHG, the creation and execution of the Emergency Savings Program at Delta, and the creation of a soon-to-be-launched international financial literacy program for Delta people outside of the U.S.
