Role overview

The Content Production Assistant is part of our Content Operations Team, reporting directly to the Content Operations Manager.

The role is responsible for uploading and checking all our content to our Content Management System (CMS), which will ensure all our users have access to clear, consistent, and relevant content to help them with their financial education journey.



  • Loading new content to our multi-language platforms via our CMS
  • Selecting relevant and inclusive imagery suitable for each piece of content
  • Reviewing content for accessibility (layout, alt text, readability)
  • Update and audit content as required


  • Work with our writers and team leads to ensure efficiency and improvement in content production
  • Providing feedback to the content team on preventable issues to improve the content loading process

Quality and consistency

  • Identifying and fixing any issues with content
  • Ensuring all content follows our house style and brand guidelines
  • Ensuring visual consistency across all our content


  • Occasional content writing and creation


  • Supporting the day to day running of the content team
  • Supporting other members of the content team with ad hoc tasks

Skills and experience

  • An interest in developing writing and content creation skills
  • Great eye for detail and consistency
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems, or happy to learn
