Following recent financing by growth equity firm, Kennet Partners, nudge is looking for a highly accomplished and ambitious Product Director.

You will own and shape the product vision and roadmap, enabling us to maximise product adoption during a period of ambitious global growth.

You’re a passionate, client-centric and tech savvy Product Director who thrives in a fast paced environment.  You have an in-depth understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and agile principles and have a proven track record as a Product Owner.  You'll have bags of enthusiasm, tenacity and experience in managing stakeholders, and the ability to make a big difference from day one.



This will be a varied and dynamic role and will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and define the product roadmap, aligned to business strategy.
  • Develop business cases for new features.
  • Determine success criteria for our product and features.
  • Measure and drive performance of the product, including user adoption.
  • Understand what the market and end-users need, working across departments to bring the product to life, communicating the voice of the client.
  • Contribute to the weekly tech prioritisation meeting.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech and offshore development teams.
  • Work with Marketing on market analysis, opportunities and target buyer intel to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the global market. Collaborate on how product roadmap and features are articulated, presented and promoted to clients and prospective buyers to increase client retention, user engagement and growth.
  • Be a key member of our senior team, representing the product in cross-business forums.


Skills and experience

We’re a close-knit family so a willing, friendly and collaborative personality is really important to us. And we’re exceptionally nimble and things move fast so we really value ‘athletic’ minds and a “let’s give it a go” attitude.

For this role we’re also looking for the following skills and experience:

  • An experienced Product Director in the FinTech space.
  • Experience in high growth businesses, ideally b2b2c.
  • Global product experience.
  • Proven track record of developing new products and taking them all the way through the product life cycle.
  • Experience working with offshore development teams.
  • Line management experience and a track record of developing more junior team-members
  • Thought leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thought leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Potentially a number 2 stepping up to their first number 1 role.
