How often will my employees receive nudges?

On average, between 10 and 15 times a year but it depends on how much: 

  • We know about the specific individual 
  • Legislative activity and economic changes there is in their country
  • You use nudge as an education tool on your employee benefits 

Is the feed personalized to my employees?

Yes, using profile data, geographical location, personal circumstances, market events, and employee-added interests, an individual consumes their education via the highly-intuitive, personalized education 'Me' feed. But should they want to view something outside of their circumstances, individuals can choose to see everything on offer via the ‘Everything’ feed. 

Can I include company-specific information on nudge?

Yes.
