Q3. Does nudge sell financial products or services?

No. nudge is 100% impartial financial education. Transparent and free from product or provider bias. This allows nudge to focus on improving users’ financial skills and knowledge without the conflict of product or service distribution.

Q4. What support is available alongside the platform?

As a customer of nudge, our team of experts will support you through not just the implementation and launch of nudge, but continuously through to adoption and optimization. We'll meet regularly to review engagement with nudge and the financial interests and needs of your people. You can use these insights to inform your wider wellbeing and benefits strategy. You'll be invited to join our online client community to share best practice with your peers, get access to resources and use our communication toolkits to make the most of your investment.

As a sponsor (the organization funding nudge for your users), your relationship with nudge is overseen by a Client Success Manager who uses nudgenomics (data and analytics and MI) to help you understand and grow user engagement. You can also share ideas, challenges and objectives so that together, we can support your wider business goals, such as: diversity and inclusion, employee experience, employer brand and wellbeing strategy.

For users, helpline support is available, as well as self-serve tutorials plus live and recorded masterclasses to help them make the most of nudge.

nudge pricing is based on factors including the number of users, the number of countries, your chosen term and the extent to which you want to use nudge for bespoke financial education, unique to your organization.
